For purposes of electronic-transaction compliance, Nalo should publish the current name(s) of its office bearer(s) on this page and keep the entry synchronised with CIPC. 3. Main characteristics of services
Nalo offers vehicle tracking, telematics and related fleet-management functions. Current public descriptions and package details appear on https://nalonode.com/#home and the pricing section of the website. The accepted checkout or Customer Schedule records the binding service scope.
4. Prices and taxes
The full price payable, including VAT and mandatory fees where applicable, must be shown before an online order is confirmed. The checkout must also disclose the R350 once-off activation fee where it applies, installation charges and the selected recurring term/price.
5. Payment
Payment may be made using the methods offered at checkout or recorded in the Customer Schedule, including debit order, EFT or an approved payment method. See the Payment and Billing Policy.
6. Contract terms
The applicable legal terms are the Website Terms, Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, the accepted Subscriber Agreement and the applicable Customer Schedule. Customers should be able to save or reproduce these documents electronically.
7. Delivery and activation
Installation, activation or service commencement timing is the timing disclosed in the order confirmation, quotation or Customer Schedule. Where ECTA section 46 applies and no different period is agreed, the statutory performance rules apply.
8. Transaction records
Nalo will make an order confirmation, invoice, statement or comparable transaction record available electronically. Customers are encouraged to retain their own copy. Nalo retains business records for the period required by applicable law and operational necessity.
9. Refunds and returns
See the Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy, including the applicable ECTA cooling-off provisions and CPA cancellation rules.
10. Payment security and privacy
See the Payment and Billing Policy and Privacy Policy. Nalo will use a payment system reasonably secure for the type of transaction as required by ECTA.
11. Minimum duration
The minimum duration is the selected subscription term shown before order confirmation and in the Customer Schedule. Consumer terms exceeding 24 months require the express agreement and demonstrable financial benefit required by CPA Regulation 5 unless another lawful exception applies.
12. Review before order
The checkout must permit the consumer, before final submission, to review the entire transaction, correct mistakes and withdraw from the transaction.
13. Self-regulatory bodies and codes
Any industry code, accreditation or ombud scheme to which Nalo formally subscribes must be identified here once applicable. No voluntary scheme should be claimed unless Nalo is in fact a member or subscriber.
